Fair questions, straight answers
What counts as a processing minute?+
Minutes of audio or video that AI transcribes and summarizes. A 30-minute meeting uses 30 minutes. Uploading photos and documents doesn't use minutes at all.
What happens if I run out of minutes?+
Nothing is lost — you just can't process new recordings until your counter resets on the 1st of the month, or you upgrade. Everything already processed stays fully available.
Do unused minutes roll over?+
No — counters reset at the start of each calendar month. That's why the plans are priced low instead of locking you into big annual commitments.
How do I pay?+
Card on the web (via Stripe), or through the App Store / Google Play if you subscribe on mobile. One subscription covers all your devices.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel in one click and keep your plan until the end of the billing period. Your recordings and notes stay accessible on the Free plan afterwards.
Do you offer team billing?+
Today plans are per-person, and shared folders let teammates collaborate across plans. If you need centralized team billing, email support@notegenie.org — it's on the roadmap and we'll set you up.
